First Post

Hello there, my name is David.
I've had a few blogs over the past 4 years. But I wound up with trouble with getting people to come to my site or getting feedback or anything like that. I think one problem is that I never really had anything specific thing I was blogging about for any one person to take interest in what I had to say. So just to get things off on the right start, let me just say something about myself here:
I live in Shawnee, KS. I've lived in Shawnee for 19 years and 3 months and I've lived in Kansas all of my life.
I went to 2 years of preschool at Trinity Lutheran Church from '87-'89. I went to Rushton Elementary for Kindergarden from '89-'90. I went to BlueJacket Elementary for 1st through 6th grade from '90-'96. I went to Hocker Grove Middle School from '96-'98. I went to Shawnee Mission North High School from '98-'02. I went to Johnson County Community College from '02-'05. I went to Kansas University from '05-'09.
I have earned my Bacholor of Arts in English mainly in Creative Writing. (and if I went on to Graduate school, that would mean something).
I was heavily involved in drama in high school. Had a semester of theater at JCCC and wanted no more of it. Summer '08, I got involved with improv and I've been doing improv for over a year at The Roving Imp in Bonner Springs, KS.
I also do the tech/visual for my church and I've done various other volunteere work.

I labeled my blog as David Prov because my name is David and I do a lot of improv (not as much as I'd like but it is the one thing that keeps me sane). There is nothing in improv that is specifically my nitch. But I have gotten to play a giant sculptured naked guy from the Bible with the same name.
I also like rock and roll and will probably post a lot about that subject. But anyway, I'm hoping this blog lasts a while.
